For marginalized Youth, accessing professional opportunities can often be challenging. Limited networks, lack of professional experience, and fewer opportunities to meet companies can make the transition into the working world more difficult.

This is why partnerships between organizations like LP4Y Bangladesh and It's Humanity Foundation (IHF) are so important. By working together, partners can create opportunities that Youth may not otherwise have access to. Company visits, professional exchanges, and training sessions allow Youth to discover new environments, develop practical skills, and better understand the opportunities available to them.
